BASIC SCHOOL 7-9 (JHS)

The Basic school 7-9 starts right after Basic 6. It has a different name as compared to other countries some of which call this stage either Junior High School or Middle school.

Subjects studied at this level once numbered up to 10 in Ghana; but in 2019, most of these subjects were integrated and changed while others were dropped and new ones added

Its name differs from country to country as some have it as Junior High School, Middle school or Continuation school.

Physical & Health Education
